The Sol system (or Solar system) is a star system in the Celestial Lance Universe. It is the birthplace of the human race. It is the capital of the Manosya Confederation.

Specifications

The Sol system contains four rocky planets, two gas giants, and two ice giants.

Other names

The Sol system is also known as:

  • Solar system
  • Earth system

Planets

Planets are listed from closest to the star moving outward. The asteroid belt is located between planets 4 and 5.

  • Mercury – rocky
  • Venus – rocky
  • Earth – rocky, Goldilocks
  • Mars – rocky
  • Jupiter – gas giant
  • Saturn – gas giant
  • Uranus – ice giant
  • Neptune – ice giant
  • Hades – Located at the outer edge of the Kuiper belt, with an orbital distance of between 58 and 67 AU (about 8 to 9.3 light hours), this planet's orbit is nearly perpendicular to the Solar plane. It was discovered in 2079.

Other important bodies

  • Asteroid belt – Inner edge averages 308.2 million km.
  • Pluto –
  • Ceres –
  • Makemake –
  • Eris –
  • Haumea –

Wormholes

The Sol system has the following wormholes:

  1. Capella Aa/Ab (2) –
  2. Barnard's Star (2) –
  3. Alpha Centauri (3) –
  4. Procyon (1) –
  5. Proxima Centauri (2) –
