The Group 16 Consortium is a multi-national organization in the Celestial Lance Universe. It was founded on 8 June 2082 as a consortium of sixteen reclusive countries. The Consortium opposed the formation of the International Space Exploration Force and especially the establishment of the Lagrange Two International Space Observatory. They attempted unsuccessfully to destroy it shortly after the first module arrived at Earth-Sun Lagrange Point Two in May 2116.
