An Electronic Payload Delivery Vehicle, or EPDeV, is used at Jarvis Island Spaceport to deliver cargo to Earth orbit via a magnetic railgun.

A Manned Electronic Payload Delivery Vehicle, or MEP-DeV, is a manned EPDeV, used to deliver cargo and people to Earth orbit. This ship is first mentioned in "Lagrange Contact" and was used to deliver the crew and final cargo for the Lagrange Two International Space Observatory to Perseid Station.
