The Halfen Kongsveld is the main governmental body of the Halfen, one of the races within the Celestial Lance Universe. It is a hereditary monarchy with a parliamentary system that allows everyone to participate on various levels. Not all Halfen are members in the Kongsveld, and some Halfen systems or parts of some systems operate independently. Some of them have formed their own alliances and cooperative governments outside of the main Halfen government.
The Kongsveld is a founding member of the Ohlakhira Shufteim, along with the Manosya Confederation (humans) and the Starkind.
