The International Space Exploration Force, or ISEF, was established in 2089 by 69 countries on Earth, a planet in the Sol system. It was absorbed into the newly-formed Interstellar Cataloguing and Exploration Service when the Sol system helped found Ohlakhira Shufteim in 2237.
