Slingshot

"Slingshot" is a novellette set in the Celestial Lance Universe. It tells about Kovel discovering the method to finish creating the Kovel jump drive.

Plot

Edward M. Kovel works with Chiemi, a starkind, in an effort to translate into technology the starkinds' ability to transit wormholes without causing illness or loss of life.
